UK Care Programme OfficerContract Type: Temporary for 6 monthsWorking Pattern: Full Time, Hybrid, Monday - Friday 35 hours per weekHourly Rate: GBP16.48

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the health and care sector. Our client is seeking a dedicated Programme Officer to support the Triangle of Care initiative, a pivotal external quality framework aimed at enhancing the role of unpaid carers in mental health settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary communication point for providers and carers, managing inquiries and providing timely responses.Maintain an up-to-date register of member progress within the membership scheme.Collaborate with the Triangle of Care Programme Lead to address operational and client-related challenges.Work with internal teams to ensure coordinated programme communications and stakeholder engagement.Support carer involvement through effective administration of peer review participation and community group meetings.Represent the Triangle of Care Programme at various external and internal events. You should possess:

Experience in programme management processes and systems.Proficiency in creating reports that effectively communicate data to diverse stakeholders.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.Experience in coordinating events or workshops.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable for various audiences.A commitment to collaborative work, valuing diverse perspectives, and supporting co-production in programme activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and excellent self-organisation abilities.A willingness to travel as needed for meetings and events.
