ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at Barchester, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day to the fullest. Providing both practical support and meaningful companionship, you'll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you care for.

In this role, you'll:

Support residents with daily living activities and personal careHelp residents with food and drink throughout the dayBuild positive relationships and provide companionshipFollow individual care plans and support resident wellbeingSpend valuable one–to–one time with residentsEncourage independence while promoting dignity and respectWork as part of a caring team to deliver high–quality supportNo two days are ever the same, making this a rewarding opportunity to use your skills, develop your experience and make a real impact every day.
