Behaviour Support Assistant KS3 (Full–Time)

Location: West Drayton, West London

Salary: GBP475 GBP500 per week (dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

Start Date: Jan 2026

The Role We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join the KS5 team. The role will involve working with small groups of students, supporting them in overcoming barriers to learning through positive behaviour management and engaging, student–centred approaches.

Requirements

The desired Behaviour Support Assistant will:

Be confident in behaviour management skills to de–escalate any threatening or aggressive behaviour.To mentor and engage with the students, delivering specifically designed educational packages. You will need to be resilient, empathetic, patient and not take things too personally.Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults What we offer
