Your role

Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential Work as a key worker to help individuals create and follow care and support plans Provide personalised care, including sensitive personal care and safe medication management Assist customers with daily routines such as getting up, washed and dressed Support customers to access the community, including shops, caf??s, friends and appointments Promote a positive culture by engaging with customers and reducing social isolation Help maintain a clean and comfortable environment and follow safe practices, including risk assessments Your skills

Experience delivering personal care is helpful but not essential Kind, caring and compassionate nature Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs Strong organisational skills NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar) Your rewards
