Position: Activities Coordinator

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire

Pay rate: GBP14.13 per hour + company bonuses!

Hours: Full time, Days

Responsibilities as an Activities Coordinator:

• Plan and deliver meaningful, person–centred activities to support residents wellbeing and quality of life

• Create engaging activity plans tailored to residents interests, needs and abilities

• Provide companionship and one–to–one support for residents requiring additional support

• Support residents living with dementia through appropriate activities and engagement techniques

Requirements as an Activities Coordinator:

• Minimum 2 years experience delivering activities within a care home or similar environment

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Activities, or willingness to work towards this
