12 months on from having a patio laid by this company .. after the job was completed I had many complaints, my email was completely ignored and nobody ever attempted to return to address my complaints .. the quote for the job claimed a 10 year guarantee. Over the first winter the patio has subsided and the grouting and cement has become loose and paving slabs are loose . I’ve brought in another company to fix the issues and on their inspection it has been found that the base of the patio wasn’t done properly as per the quote , hence the reason for the subsiding stones . Awful job .. I will be taking further action .
