Unreliable and full of excuses:Garden Patio Slabbing. Andrew was initially full of promise and well communicated...until we made initial deposit.Then no work was undertaken for 3 consecutive agreed upon dates. Progress was sporadic and inconsistent. Andrew was however, good at sourcing &delivering all materials, and removing rubbish, so we have to commend him there. As time progressed however, the excuses began to pile up, and things dragged out from days to weeks.Midway through he requested cash advance, even though the agreement was for balance upon completion...Andrew further wanted the outstanding balance paid prior to completion we fell for his trap and the work is still incomplete 2 months later. He initially promised to return & complete the job but now he is totally ghosting all our messages and phone calls. We are left with substandard workmanship, its not level, needs repointing and its not sealed properly between the slabs. But oh, all of this comes with a spectacular 15 year guarantee, according to his quote...AVOID!!!!
