Very Disappointed and Feel Scammed:I paid £500 to this builder for a building inspection regarding mould and asbestos, but they never delivered what was promised. All I received were a few pictures and a vague quote with no detailed breakdown of works to be done - again he wanted to take more money. Despite repeatedly asking, I never received an invoice for the payment. It feels like they took my money and disappeared. The communication was poor, and they never sent me the inspection report! what they said they would do. I honestly don’t understand why I should pay £500 for just some pictures and an incomplete quote. Do not trust this company. They tell you one thing and then do another. I strongly suspect many of the glowing reviews here are fake, as my experience was the complete opposite. Save your money and go to someone reputable and transparent.
