Pat at Leaside Paving delivered a flawless complete rebuild of our front and back landscapes, transforming our property beyond expectations. At the front, they removed our entire garden—including tree, hedge, and tarmac drive—and installed a large, expertly paved driveway with a new picket fence and hedge. Pat proactively suggested key kerbs around the hedge and retained conifer tree, small details that significantly elevated the finish. Out back, our vast, unusable lawn was reimagined into three functional zones: a concrete base for a shed/other uses, a large slabbed patio bordered consistently around the perimeter, and fresh new turf for the remaining area. What truly set Pat apart was his exceptional communication and initiative. Throughout the project, he was always actively engaged—providing regular updates and happily popping round to discuss details whenever needed. Most impressively, he consistently identified opportunities to enhance the work, offering thoughtful suggestions that added real value (never upsells, just genuine refinements).
