Within a month of fitting gutters one of them pulled away from facia board due to cheap wood screws and inferior cheap hangers that where not suitable. When I rang they said we will make new brackets and use stainless steel screws which should have been used in the first place. The brackets never got made and I ended up paying a professional to correct there poor work.I got so stressed with them trying to get out of it I gave up and used my own money. Their customer service is poor at best . Website looks great but don’t be fooled very misleading. Materials they use are cheap and nasty. First time we had a heavy rainfall gutters were ripped from the facia due to cheap screws and brackets. Very upsetting for me . I’m disabled upper limb amputee and I was lucky I wasn’t there when the gutter ripped away from its fixings. Definitely not professional like their website.
