Great service from John with clear communication and everything was explained well. I was initially just looking for a flat roof condition report for my insurance, but John pointed out some issues with my flat roof during the survey which he explained he could rectify at a reasonable price which I agreed to. I really appreciated that all work was well photographed and there were no hidden fees. John was contactable the entire time and responded very promptly to any questions I had. Would absolutely use again.
