I would normally be very reluctant to leave a one star review, but I really have no choice!
Arranged a new fence in February, to be put up on a Friday. Text on the day to say they couldn't come, and it would be Saturday. Guess what? Cancelled again, and rescheduled for Sunday. On Sunday they finally arrived , and hour and a half after they promised, because they had "been to Greggs".
Fence went up, and after it they offered to come back and do a little extra bit for an additional 60 pounds, and take away the rubbish. That was supposed to be on the Monday. About a week and a half later, after numerous ignored texts, they finally got back to me full of apologies and promised to be out next day. Guess what? No sign of them, and for the next 3 weeks they ignored all of my calls and messages. Eventually I had to dispose of the rubbish myself, and gave up on my money. Would I recommend? What do you think?

Unfortunately they are unreliable, unprofessional and heard nothing back from them after I paid more than half. Fence Job left incomplete. Michael the boss is charming it appears but I’m totally left in the dark !! Just as previous review. Wouldn’t recommend them. Sorry.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the final result and new fence and gates. Nicky, Chris and Franky are a credit to West of Scotland Land services. Genuine and hard working lads with a great attention to detail and ensuring the best possible result for the customer. I don’t normally complete reviews but happy to share my experience with potential customers. Speed of service by Ian and his team takes care of the customer experience. I’d have no hesitation to recommend using this firm and the three lads again. Thanks and well done.

Booked this company to clear my mums house as she had passed away.
On the day due we heard nothing, didn't answer any phonecalls or texts. Left voicemail and still nothing.
So unprofessional and bang out of order. Would definitely not recommend
