Dan recently completed a new driveway and front garden renovation for us and the difference is amazing. They installed block paving, replaced the old borders with neat edging, and added decorative stone to give the front of the house a much cleaner look. The workmanship was excellent and the team were polite and hardworking throughout. We’re very happy with the finished result.

We used Precision Landscapes for a full garden transformation and are really pleased with the result. They installed a new patio area which has completely changed how we use the space, along with fresh turf, new fencing, and raised beds for planting. Everything was finished to a high standard and the attention to detail really shows. The team were professional, kept everything tidy, and stuck to the agreed timeline. The garden looks completely transformed — would definitely recommend.

Prompt reply to our request and listened to our requirements carefully. A young guy showed up who said he was called Dan. He worked solo throughout, we didn't ever see a 'team' mentioned by other reviewers. The details say this company has been trading 10+ years. This chap did not seem old enough to have been trading that long. Was he the son of the owner? We didn't ask and in hindsight we should have been a lot more curious. We requested a wall repair, new wooden double gates and a replacement slab path across a small stretch of grass. He hand built the gates but they are disappointing. The gates are poorly made and have very rough edges, the hinges are on backwards and are not sufficient . The latch is incorrectly fitted There is no cross bracing , the gates are already sagging and are no longer level. There are large gaps on each side of both gates and the whole thing looks amateur and is not well finished. Throughout we had to advise him how to do various aspects of the work. Whilst lifting the grass to lay the path, Dan cut through our broadband cable which left us with no internet for 48 hours. He didn't seem to notice, didn't take responsibility and laughed it off. The slab path has cement pushed against each side which has already cracked and is coming away from the slabs. One slab is already loose. It looks unsightly, is unsafe and is unsatisfactory. The wall is fairly well built but there are a lot of rough edges and gaps where the new and old bricks join and we fear water can get in. He made a good job of repointing one side of the wall, not so good on the other side. He left screws, nails and rawlplugs everywhere. We are still finding them 2 months later. We were pleased Dan could help us so quickly but in hindsight should have got more quotes and been wary that he appeared not to be more booked up. We feel that we were naive and were taken advantage of. In the end we were relieved that he left. We felt that he was very young, trying to learn the business but lacking in customer service skills, offhand and unskilled in his trade. He did not foresee a lot of issues and ended up making a lot of mistakes. We wanted to encourage him as we felt he was young but ended up feeling taken advantage of. We got the impression he plucked figures out of the air and we are certain we were overcharged for the work. We didn't ever see an itemised estimate or a professional invoice. We will have to spend more money getting the issues resolved. We have lost confidence in this company and will not be inviting them to quote in the future.

Cannot thank these guys enough, came to do the job few days after quotation, the tradesmen worked hard in all weather! They worked full days and did not stop. They did a perfect job of my fencing & gate is perfect! Dan is also lovely and communicated with me daily including showing me the work they had carried out at the end if each day. They were reapectful of my property and to me and even cleaned up after themselves.. I did nothing! no prep! no cleaning! Perfect job! Exceeded my expectations..Highly recomend these guys. id give them 10 stars if I could
