DISAPPOINTED I would not recommend this company. Danny spoke to me about the repair and to sort out my leaking conservatory and garage / workshop on the 30th of Setpember. He said that he'd start on the 3rd of October but didn't start until the 9th, after which we also found out it needed more done than what we agreed to. By the weekend we had boards over the roof and cut to place. On Monday the 14th I woke to the garage/workshop filled with at least an inch of water, as they had not put a tarp down, and they had taken the downpipe from my roof witch caused the flooding to be so bad. He had felt down on the 16th (Wednesday) so it was semi-waterproof. It then took one more week of excuses until 28th October, by which point the garage / workshop was fully waterproof . apart from the conservatory and the leading line between the roof's and the house is still untouched and leeking despite Danny saying (and I quote) "an hour, and then it would be done", which includes a bit of the main roof which is an apology for flooding the workshop. After a week I had to message and call Danny (to no answer) a few more time to ask when he was coming back so I could ask my neighbor if they could have access to my roof. When I finally got through I was then told by Danny that I was letting my self down, by calling and messaging so much, as Danny said he'd be back the following week to finish up even though I was messaging him to see when he would show up as he had made a habit of not showing when he said he would. He then finished the conversation saying that he'll be there Wednesday the 6th to finish up and clear the rubbish, which didn't show up for. And has still not finished In summation I am beyond disappointed that it's taken over a month for a quoted 3-7 days. I feel that Danny saw my job as not important enough to get it done, as well as the overall lack of communication from him .
