We had two areas of slipped tiles at the front of the house and a leaky gutter at the back,we also requested quotes for pointing chimney and ridge tiles .we got a few quotes from different companies .Friendly and informative Paul came and gave us options and a upfront price for the job .he took pictures before and after so we could see what was going on up top.once on the roof he found the chimney pots in a very sorry state sent us a picture one chimney was missing and there was a large hole . He gave us options to re cement pots removing the large garden from around them and cover the large hole were a pot was missing,or to remove pots and seal over .he showed us pictures from previous jobs . He did not heavy sell or try to panic us into anything .just said at some point it could do with doing . We had the pots removed and the chimney closed of and sealed over .we had new gutter at the back .tiles repaired and pointing done .they arranged times to come and arrived when he said he would ,I would not hesitate to recommend this company . I have already passed there details to my brother-in-law..
