Up for sale is an extremely rare guitar - Morris Luthier FC-20.

This guitar was made in Japan, in 1970, known as the "Golden Era" of Japanese guitar making, so it feels and plays exactly to what you expecting from the high quality vintage instrument. Luckily, you don't have to pay "a big brand fee", buying this instrument, to be bale to receive a full experience of playing the premium vintage guitar and enjoy its quality.

The guitar shares the design of the early Martin models : slotted classical-style headstock, open classical-type tuners, steel strings, pin bridge, 12-fret neck joint and relatively wide fingerboard

Who is “Tahara”?
The signature is particularly important.
The Japanese source identifies 田原良平 (Ryohei Tahara) and connects him with these very early Morris instruments. It describes Tahara as participating in Yoshino Gakki during the formative Morris period before leaving and establishing Jumbo/Tahara Gakki. It treats Tahara-signed Morris labels as an exceptional early category rather than the ordinary later Morris inspector labels.

The guitar is in very good condition overall. It has some age related wear and tear, but looks really gorgeous: every single dent and scratch on the finish tells the story of the instrument and are the signs of a true vintage look, you won't find on the modern guitars. The bridge seemed to be reglued at some point, but the repair looks professionally done.

The frets are great (about 70% left). The guitar was fully cleaned and set up with Rotosound 11-52 strings.

The guitars can be safely delivered within the UK. Also local pickup or meeting halfway is an option.
