Laptop / Table electric steel slide guitar
Don't use this anymore, but its still fun to play. The active circuits have been replaced and the old hand wound coils have been swapped out for my old alnico tele ones, still gives a nice warm tone, in natural, and gets round and fuzzy in the phased and anti phased modes.
Old 70's gem, hand made for me by Gabion 'of the rossetti brothers workshop', had many of the old style tunings still written on the back. I have them on file now and will throw them in if wanted.
NB added the lines as a guide for a learner, not that accurate, but honestly you play by ear with these, and like a violin the intonation is heard rather than fretted.
Its a good solid chunk, and if your good with wiring up pickups and active circuits it offers even more potential for experimentation, if you prefer a raunchier rock sound. Me i'm strictly blues RNB, soul.
