Description
This guitar sounds incredible! The midtown is such a great size and being a Hollobody a nice weight too!
This guitar has some battle scars, namely it reacted with a guitar stand, the rubber melted into the nitro leaving a reaction at the bottom of the neck and on the back. I took it to Torbay guitar repairs where he managed to remove all of the rubber and make it smooth, I opted not to refinish it as it's got some lacquer checking and some UV discoloration etc anyway, whilst it was there I got him to drop fill a ding on the bottom with lacquer to stop any paint flaking and make it smooth to the touch (it's on the bottom anyway) .... So it's a genuine relic, having said that it's all cosmetic and doesn't affect the playablilty of this beast! It plays, sounds and feels great, come give it a try!
