Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass 2006-08 Old Candy Apple Red, beautiful bass
Here is an absolutely stunning OCR Aerodyne Jazz Bass. These are great basses. Fender only made this colour for the Japanese domestic market so they don’t show up too much outside Japan. This one is a CIJ S-Serial from 2006 and was imported recently. Like all AJB’s it features a beautiful carved top & bound body. It has an OCR matching headstock and lovely vintage cream body binding. All factory spec as far as I can see with a nice dense dark stained rosewood fingerboard. It has had absolutely no breaks, repairs or mods, neck is dead straight & truss rod fine. Plays beautifully, apart from looking awesome, these are very versatile basses
The bass has a few battle scars but thankfully these are on the back. Also, some slight marks on the headstock
Please note this instrument is second hand and will have some age related marks, this just adds to the character of the instrument. I will point all these out before a sale
I have a large collection of other basses, amps, as well as stands straps, leads, tuners and all else to get you started.
