Up for sale is a genuinely gigged, beautifully naturally relic’d **1987 Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay**. If you are looking for a pristine case-queen to hide in a closet, this isn't it. Condition & Wear Breakdown

* **Body:** The original black finish features extensive natural relic wear, including finish chips along the edges, buckle rash on the back, and standard dings/scuffs from years of honest use.

* **Neck & Headstock:** The maple neck has a gorgeous smooth patina. There is a clean cosmetic chip on the tip of the headstock (see photos)—purely superficial with **absolutely no structural cracks or wood splitting** around the tuners.

* **Pickguard:** Fitted with an aftermarket mirror pickguard which gives it a striking, classic stage look.

* **Hardware & Electronics:** Equipped with the highly sought-after original **4-bolt neck plate**, original open-gear "Music Man" stamped tuners, and a top-loading bridge with original mute kit hardware. Electronics are fully functional, providing that definitive late-80s growl. Non-original strap lock buttons installed.
