Description
Selling this amazing Thinline tele from the Maybach custom shop. Weighs only 6.5 pounds. It's incredibly resonant and the Van Zandt Vintage Tele pickups sound superb. Everything a custom shop tele should be but with an added 'woody-ness' from the semi-hollow construction.
I bought this instead of my originally planned Fender Custom Shop tele (which was about £5k at the time) and it has never disappointed!
This was very slightly factory 'relic'd' so the metal parts are not shiny and new looking. There are also a few chips to the paint in one area.
One of the best features of this guitar is the strap buttons(!) - the outer part unscrews, you attach the strap and then reattach the outer part - so it acts as a straplock. Brilliant system which works perfectly and I've never seen on another guitar.

At the time of listing there's only one other in this colour available that I can find anywhere - also preowned and listed for nearly £2100.
