Hard to find, Trace Elliot Quad Chorus pedal. Two independently adjustable chorus channels, also allows the output of the first chorus to go into the input of the second one - some very deep and unique effects to be had
Tested and works beautifully. Requires 18v 100ma power supply, not included but readily available on eBay.
