Brilliant customer service and Mark is very knowledgeable & friendly, highly recommend to anybody. Always offered over the phone assistance and assurance over a long period of 2 month due to a dispute with council. I had an issue with water underneath my home, the council had investigated next doors property and my own insurance had sent companies out to investigate. All who said it was the water table and natural. I initially rang to enquire about a pump however mark came and had a look and re assured me with his knowledge and experience it was an issue coming from next door and not the water table. He provided constant support and re-assurance and was correct it was due to the soil stack of next door. Mark helped me prove this to the council via investigation pressure tests annd even met with the council to explain to them. We had sewage block during late night @ a commercial property. They answered our call & immediately dispatched man power “Mark” around 11:30pm to sort the blockage. Mark fixed it within 15mins of his arrival and also assisted in identifying the cause for blockage through his well equipped camera system. Very helpful and prompt support with expected time.
