Böhmer-AG 8000W-E Petrol Generator – Virtually Unused

Description

Böhmer-AG 8000W-E Petrol Generator – Virtually Unused

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING

I am selling my Böhmer-AG 8000W-E petrol generator, which I originally purchased brand new.

The generator has had virtually no use. I have only ever started and run it for approximately five minutes in total, simply to check that it starts and runs. It has never been used as a working generator.

FUEL TAP / FUEL SWITCH

The fuel tap is currently slightly loose and requires attention.

After the generator had been stored for a long period, I decided to drain the remaining petrol from the tank. I remember trying to loosen the fuel tap to do this, but I found it awkward and instead drained the petrol through the side outlet.

I believe the looseness of the fuel tap may have resulted from my later attempt to loosen it, rather than from normal use of the generator.

I have since gently tightened the retaining nut, which considerably reduced the movement of the tap.

The generator subsequently started immediately after approximately six months in storage, which was very encouraging.

I am therefore selling it on the basis that the buyer should be prepared to attend to the fuel-tap fitting.

The engine itself starts and runs.
