Handyman Needed – Remove & Rebuild Rotten Fridge Plinth

Description

Looking for a handyman/carpenter to remove the existing rotten plinth/base underneath my fridge/freezer and build a new one.

As shown in the photo, the existing timber/MDF base has suffered water damage and has rotted, particularly around the front edge.

Job would include:

* Remove and dispose of the old rotten plinth/base.
* Build a new solid and level plinth, using suitable MDF/timber board or another appropriate material.
* Make sure it is strong enough to support the fridge/freezer.
* Finish the front/edges neatly so it matches the existing kitchen as closely as possible.
* Refit/position the fridge/freezer onto the new base.
* Leave the area clean and tidy afterwards.

Materials can either be supplied by you or I can pay for them separately.
