On posting our work /job requirements for brick repointing. We received a very quick phone response, which resulted in a visit from CS (Callum) who overviewed the work required and a quote was emailed the next day which we accepted. CS advised they would be able to do the work in the next few days and would get back with day and time which they did and the work was completed a few days later. From placing our work request their response and communication was perfect and ongoing during work. Our satisfaction was asked for on work completion which was Yes as the standard of work was perfect . CA provided a very professional service which is rare these days. Highly recommend.
