Large portacabin 48ft by 15ft for sale
got but unfortunately its too big to fit in my yard properly. low price considering the size for quick sale as its currently being stored on trailer ready for delivery. The cost of delivery has to be covered buy new owner at extra cost but can be arranged. In good condition kitted out with electrics seperate store room at the back. floor is solid. 2 window are broke and a door is missing but very easily fixed will need a powerwash to tidy up. This would make a great business , office space , shop or home buyer must have the space for this and access for the lorry to drop it off
