- **Comfy and Compact:** Everything you need, right at your fingertips. Smart design means no wasted space.
- **Eco-Friendly:** Repurposed with love, this home is as green as it gets.

Say goodbye to cookie-cutter living and hello to a life less ordinary. Your cosy container home is ready and waiting! 🌟

We lived very comfortably in this luxurious tiny home whilst building our own forever home. It was not a hardship as we did our best to make it feel like a home. We also slept through a LOT of storms with ease!

This converted 40’ shipping container project was completed by our top notch tradesmen - no dodgy DIY here!

This one bedroom home comes with double glazing, fresh air and heat recovery system, heating and hot water, a fully fitted kitchen with professionally cleaned oven, fridge freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher and well even throw in the double storage bed with (used for a week!) mattress!

Although not off grid, this would be easily achievable as all appliances and fittings are low energy. Due to the vast insulation inside and out, it’s heated in the coldest of winters with one small panel heater and a towel rail in the bathroom!

It has its own MVHR system for constant clean air supply and heat distribution throughout.

Hot water cylinder and plant cupboard.

Porch with storage cupboard and seating to keep the outdoors, outdoors!

Full size shower with decent sized bathroom and lots of storage, and there’s even room for your washing machine and tumble drier!

The cabin is fully clad inside for a quirky and clean look, with beautifully weathered larch cladding outside. Ready to fit in wherever you put it! It would also be very easy to paint to whatever colour you like, or for full asking price we will reclad in fresh new larch.

There’s double glazing and security front and back door. And outdoor security lighting!

It’s also got an additional aluminium roof meaning the whole steel structure is protected from the elements and should last FOREVER!

Whether you’re looking for a safe space for aging parents (or aging kids!), desperate to ditch your useless marital partner and move on, or want to run your own Airbnb (you could easily pay this off with two years of rentals!) this tiny house is a well made space that would suit a multitude of uses!

We’ll even throw the fridge freezer and storage double bed!

We’ll also lift it onto a lorry for you - you just pay for haulage! It still has the hooks for lifting so is an easy move.

*FINANCE IS AVAILABLE ON THIS CABIN AND WE CAN PUT YOU IN TOUCH WITH A FINANCIAL ADVISOR WHO CAN HELP *
