Description
I have a sectional concrete, rendered garage, will come minus the roof as you can see is asbestos and is being environmentally removed and disposed of on 15th June.
It has an aluminium up and over door that needs a new lock, but structurally is dry inside.
Measures approx 19x9.5 feet I have checked out new their about £4.500 second hand about 2.500. Would also make a great workshop.
You can have mine for free only because I need rid of it asap. It will require at least 2 men or strong women and a reasonably large flat bed or van. Given the value and the ease to replace the roof with sheets or felt, I think it’s a bargain
