Description
Decent pair of wrought iron gates originally from our driveway. They no longer fit as we had the driveway widened. They could also be used in your garden.
They have attractive scrollwork - suiting Victorian, Edwardian style properties but also could very well be repainted for a more modern setting.
They have a locking / sliding bolt to keep the pair together when closed and also a long retractable floor bolt to keep in place when open or closed.
Each gate measures 125 cm wide x 105cm high but would stand taller with the ground clearance. There is decent throw on the floor bolt. So as a closed pair they measure 250cm / 252cm wide but you would also have to allow for whatever size posts / bolts.
In good condition need a little wash as they have been sat unused for a few years.
They are heavy and I could help lift them to your vehicle if required. A strongish person can lift one on their own, so they are not too difficult to manage.
