Points to note:
We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any vehicle or items stored in the garage. This is detailed further in the letting agreement that you have signed.
Although roofs, gutters and doors are regularly maintained, lock-up garages are not guaranteed weatherproof.
We advise that any goods that are stored in lock-up garages are placed on pallets, to raise them off the ground, not placed directly against walls, to allow ventilation and wrapped in polythene or similar.
If you wish to install extra security for your garage, we request you use a system which does not attach to the door itself, but to the ground. Please notify us in advance if you intend to fit an additional lock on your garage door and a key must be lodged with us. These can be purchased on e-bay, Screwfix etc. Please do NOT attach any additional security to the door itself.
You must provide at least one month notice to us, if you wish to terminate your letting agreement for the garage. You must leave the garage clear of all items, cleaned and return the keys to us by signed for post, at the end of the agreement, to avoid additional charges.
