**CHAIR PENDING PICK UP - SOFA STILL AVAILABLE** Both free. Chair and footstool very good condition. £300 in 2022. Sofa older with signs of wear but no rips. Both very comfortable. Sofa 5ft wide by 3ft deep. Perfect for man cave or a young couple just starting out. New sofas coming Friday so Thursday 30th pick up would be ideal. Not before.
