Ford focus 2012 Estate 1.6 Diesel

98,887 miles (will rise slightly as car is still in use for work) £20 a year tax!!

I will list the good and bad of the car below so PLEASE read everything, this is a genuine sale and it's a decent car. Any questions feel free to ask.

Car starts first time and drives well with no issues. Had for around a year and a half and have put a lot of money into it myself, only reason for sale is due to a few things needing fixed so close to MOT that I can't justify/ afford paying after already spending a lot over the past few months.

Negatives: 1. needs Nsf lower suspension arm(as can be seen in photo. Will cost £180 - £220 if taken to a proper garage, already priced)
2. Front passenger window does not work and has not worked since I got the car. Other three are perfectly fine.
3. Rear passenger caliper will need replacing over the next few months, however will go through the mot as an advisory (already had it looked at). 4. Have had dogs and kids in the car which can be noticeable when looking at the seats, however the seats have a cover over them. Few scuffs of wheels which was before I got the car. Scrape down passanger side of car(also before I got it and can be seen in photo). Some discolouration on rear wheel due to the seized caliper that got fixed.

Positives: 1. Brand new alternator that isn't even two months old. 2. Brand new battery that was done in 08/25. 3. Brand new auxiliary belt and tensioner that was done in 03/26. 4. Two brand new all weather tyres on front wheels that were done 05/26
5. Brand new disks and pads on both rear wheels, as well as a brand new caliper on rear drivers side 02/26 (will upload the picture as soon as I find the paperwork, however a visual inspection will be clear. Was told that the rear passenger caliper didn't need done at the time, which has now turned out to be wrong).
Car has also done less than 100,000 miles which can be considered relatively low for a 2012 model. Lots of boot space and spare wheel. Metal dog barrier for back/boot. Two keys. Can get car valeted before sale
