A wonderful find!.....an extremely low mileage Cortina that has been fully recommissioned and returned to the road after many years of garaged slumber. The car was professionally repainted and refurbished in both 2013 and then again in 2024 and this is why the car looks so stunning now. I real credit to the previous owner.

The 'Solar Gold' body work contrasts so very well with the chocolate brown interior and brown lower door sections and being the coveted Ghia model, she has a vinyl roof too. The exterior is truly excellent as is the interior too. The low mileage means the interior is still fresh and barely worn. She presents very nicely under the bonnet too. She is car show ready or could be your daily driver.

Rarity is important in the classic car scene and the fact this MKV is a 1.6 engined Ghia is rare in itself (with most being a 2.0 engined), she drives especially well and benefits from a new weber carburettor and is fitted with a 4 branch manifold too.

The Cortina is now road tax and MOT exempt and classic car insurance is usually in the region of £100-150 per annum....so running costs are low and the likelihood is that your classic will increase in value over time and not heavily decrease like e new car certainly will.
