Description
Top right — Ravioli stamp/cutter
The round crimped cutter with a wooden handle. Press it down onto filled pasta dough to cut and seal individual ravioli in one go.
Middle — Oval ravioli stamp
Same concept but makes oval-shaped ravioli.
Small wheel (centre) — Pasta cutting wheel
A single serrated rotary wheel for cutting straight lines with a decorative zigzag edge — used for cutting pasta sheets into strips or trimming edges.
Left — Ravioli/lasagne cutter (rectangular)
The rectangular frame with serrated edges — cuts and crimps a rectangle of pasta in one press, good for larger ravioli or lasagne sheets with decorative edges.
All have the classic wooden handle + chrome/steel construction typical of Italian kitchen tools. They’re used together when making fresh filled pasta from scratch — roll out your dough, add filling, then use these to cut and seal the shapes.
