GIANT Halfway Folding Bike. Lightweight Aluminium. As-New Condition – £225
Newlyn, Cornwall
1 / 19
Description
GIANT Halfway folding bike in silver, in as-new condition. Essentially unused and kept in dry storage. No chips or scratches. Weight approx 13.5kg. A lot lighter than a folding electric bike.
Ideal to put in camper van or car or to take on the plane. Folded dimensions are 75x75x40cm / 29.5x29.5x16inches
Distinctive single-sided front fork design, similar in appearance to the Cannondale Lefty. The GIANT Halfway model is based on a Mike Burrows design.
Completely original and in the same specification as sold: nothing removed, no modifications and no unusual accessories added.
Features include:
• Aluminium frame and 20-inch aluminium wheels.
• 7 speed Shimano rear derailleur with a revoshift twist grip on the handlebars. (Revoshift is same idea as Gripshift).
• Single front chainring with protection to keep trousers/leg clean.
• Adjustable saddle and handlebar height.
• Mudguards, rear luggage rack, reflectors and folding pedals, as pictured.
• Quality rip stop bag to carry the folded bike with webbing shoulder strap. This bag folds up into itself when not in use.
A perfectly clean, unmodified example.
I tried it, I’m 6’ and it’s fine for me. This bike came in one frame size with saddle and handlebars both adjustable for height in order to accommodate tall or short riders.
It could therefore be the ideal Christmas present for yourself, your spouse, your child or your campervan.
