Hi, I'm Ryan Bromley, Director of Bromley Builds. With over 10x years in the family trades, but turning to higher education in my 20's, finishing up a few years back as a corporate project manager. Now operating Bromley Builds, I have a unique approach to construction, building, developmental and renovation works, by adding in a project management and an interior design kick to every project. This helps source the best quality materials, at cost effective prices, whilst being totally in control of timelines, budget and the beautiful finish of every job.

We are local to the Bromley area, and provide a variety of skilled work, including groundsworks, roofing, bricklaying, plastering, tiling, floorings, joinery, window/door fitting, painting and decorating, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen refits, bespoke cabinetry, panelling and certified electrical and gas work.

We love the challenge of a long project as it allows us to work alongside clients to make sure they know exactly what input and decision points are needed to make sure their vision is achieved, to make sure all costs are budgeted and timeframes are accounted for, and to make sure we all part ways happy.But equally, we can produce great work with smaller projects such as a bit of panelling, a new tap for a garden hose, a patio or carpet.

Further to this, we can help produce the full holistic lifecycle of a project and its delivery by creating architectural drawings, planning permission applications, structural engineering calculations, building control applications and building control total project sign-off .
