Endurance Dynamics is UESCA certified and provides remote coaching services for endurance runners participating in distances such as 10k, half marathon, marathon, and ultra marathon. Participants of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced, are included. We help athletes unlock their full potential by training in the correct way, creating a safe environment that minimises injury, helping you improve performance and ensuring you, as the athlete, understand the 'why' behind what they undertake. We regard all individuals as athletes, irrespective of their experience or ability, and are committed to providing an educational journey that will fundamentally transform your perspective and approach to running.
Coach Peru Fourie, our UESCA certified endurance running coach, founder and head coach, leads the team with extensive experience as a marathon and ultra-marathon athlete. Our primary focus is on endurance running, utilising periodisation, the 80/20 rule, and meticulously structured training methods. The coaching methodology applies cutting-edge scientific developments, traditionally employed by professional athletes, to support recreational runners. It encompasses key domains including strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as nutrition, all aimed at optimising both training outcomes and race-day performance. Every phase of the athlete’s development is informed by data-driven insights and established scientific principles, ensuring tailored and substantive progress.
Welcome to Endurance Dynamics, a community of endurance runners.

Absolutely outstanding coaching. I started with zero running experience and with Peru’s guidance, the personalised training/running plans, strength and conditioning work, injury support, and constant check ins, I successfully completed the London Marathon. The personalised support throughout made all the difference, especially when dealing with niggles and setbacks. I couldn’t recommend Peru more highly.

Coach Peru at Endurance dynamics has been incredible. He's coached me from being a beginner runner with shin splints and illness, to second place female at my first marathon and a huge PB at Amsterdam marathon. I've been working with him for over 2 years now, and will continue to do so. I have complete faith in his approaches and have seen the results his programmes can bring, as long as you stick to them. The Endurance dynamics team and community are brilliant and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have been working together with Endurance Dynamics since the beginning of 2024, It seems as though I have been here for so long, the journey has been enjoyable and the effort from both sides has been immense.
The team are a vibrant group of people who all support and push each other to achieve the best.
For some context, since I started working with Coach Peru at endurance Dynamics I have progressed from my original Marathon time of 04:48:14 down to 02:59:04 and I have achieved top 10 finishes twice, once at GoodWood and again at Thames Meander, with the most recent finish being a 3rd place position overall at the Thames Meander Marathon.
5 years ago when I started running, I never thought I would break the 3 hour barrier and I did not think i'd be able to achieve as much as I have, but we continued slowly chipping away and forging something incredible
I joined Endurance dynamics 2 years ago now, the coaching offered is more than just a training plan that you need to follow, if you work with Coach Peru, he will be able to help you to extract the potential that you have and understand the best way to do this that works for you.
We have only begun our journey together and there is still plenty of performance to extract.

Before I started training with Coach Peru Fourie, I never thought I could push myself this far. His guidance, patience, and constant motivation helped me achieve goals I once thought were impossible. Age 50 ran 50km.
He know exactly when to challenge you and when to encourage you. The positive energy and passion he bring to coaching make every run worthwhile. I’m truly grateful for the impact he had on my running journey.
Thank you Coach Peru.

I have worked with Coach Peru since Oct 2024 when I decided that I needed to take my running more seriously and found him through amazing on line reviews.
Coach Peru has brought discipline and focus to my training which was previously just following an online marathon programme. Together we worked on building more varied training runs into my week e.g. speed through a structured specific programme tailored to my needs.
I am a tennis player who wants to run to keep my tennis level as I love tennis so much. In between the 4 marathons I had completed I didn’t run I have worked with Coach Peru since Oct 2024 when I decided that I needed to take my running more seriously and found him through amazing on line reviews.

I am a tennis player who wants to run to keep my tennis level as I love tennis so much. In between the 4 marathons I had completed I didn’t run at all, trying to avoid injury. When I did get plantar fasciitis which persisted around my fifth marathon, Coach Peru helped guide me through very specific exercises to get me back to cycling first and then eventually running. We ditched all speed work and focused on a mixture of low intensity running (zone 2) and cycling which saw me run a spectacular marathon (for me) in Boston and get my 6 stars which had been my goal for 7 years!!
What makes Coach Peru stand out as a Coach for me is his ‘whole person’ approach to coaching me to achieve my best, not just focusing on running. I have had a difficult year, not just with injuries but also losing some close family and friends. The very deep conversation we had just before Boston to remember my why really made all the difference in those hard moments and I smashed the Newton Hills as a result.
The other thing that is amazing about coach Peru, is the community he has built at Endurance Dynamic which is so supportive, whatever you need. It is fabulous to see not just myself but everyone really delivering amazing performances, all down to Coach Peru.
