Description
I have been coaching at club level for nearly 15 years and have been competing for about 20 years. I now focus entirely on distance running with a speciality in Ultra trail distances and events, but I also still coach half and full marathon athletes.
I actively race longer events with lots of elevation including The Spine, UTS, Lakeland, 13 Valleys, etc.
I create bespoke training schedules as each athlete is different: lifestyle, work/family committments, race aims and targets, all impact on "the plan".
