Description
Abi is a fully qualified swimming teacher, aquafit instructor and lifeguard.
She can provide swim lessons for those from 4 months old upwards. Abi works with children and adults of all ages in swimming and mostly older adults in aquafit.
Abi loves to share her passion for the water and help others become more confident with swimming and access water exercise for those who might need that bit more support.
Abi is happy to work with people who are nervous or anxious in the water, and is a very patient and understanding teacher. She can work to your pace and help you achieve your water goals whether you would like a structured program or ad hoc lessons to improve specific skills and strokes.
