The Sonik Vader X RS 8000 Carp Reel is a stylish, robust, large capacity fishing reel range offering the modern angler a combination of top quality performance, looks and value for money. Designed for the carp and specialist angler to tackle all conditions.

Sonik have manufactured this fishing reel to a high. This carp reel has been constructed from lightweight graphite; the body and rotor incorporate a floating rotor line guard, which helps to prevent any tangles. The spool design gives smooth long casts and the ultra-fast retrieve rate makes it ideal for both carp fishing or spodding.

As with all Sonik reels, the Vader X RS Reel oozes quality with a sleek, matt black finish, black CNC anodised aluminium handle with dark wood barrel. The spool is fitted with two high-impact, E-Z entry spring loaded captive line clips that will help with accuracy when casting at distance. Other features on this fishing reel include 5 + 1 ball bearings, a gear ratio of 4.1:1 and an oversized twist free line roller, which eliminates the chance of any tangles on the cast. In addition, the ultra-smooth Quick-Torque drag system will greatly aid control when playing big fish and help you land your next PB!
