Description
Wooden fireplace surround in a light oak/beech type finish. 51" across mantle.
Black granite hearth 54" x 15". This is a standard size. Black granite back with cut out for standard gas/electric inset fire. 36" x 36", again a standard size.
All in good condition, some age related marks on surround. Granite new is over £300 !.
Fire NOT included, it's broken.
Buyer collects from Walney Island.
