I was starting to look into being more serious about managing my finances and sent out an enquiry for advice to which David responded. He was professional, demonstrated clear knowledge and expertise when assessing my requirements and he made a number of astute observations on factors that I was not previously aware of and had not considered. I ultimately chose to proceed with managing my finances directly myself. When explaining this to David on a follow up call he still took the time to carefully listen to my strategy and approach and continued to make several observations, which I could take forwards and incorporate. His approach on both calls was consistent and I really appreciate the advice he was able to offer. At some point in the future, my requirements may become more complex and would benefit from professional advice so I will keep him in mind. In the meantime, I would happily recommend him to anyone who has questions or concerns when it comes to managing their finances.
