Description

APC garden services is a husband, wife and son team. We offer a wide range of garden services for private and commercial clients. Some clients love to do their borders, but find mowing the grass a chore. We also have ‘one-off’ clients who’ve let their garden go a bit, so we go and do what we call a ‘garden rescue’. Any good business, big or small, is about customer service. However, we feel that big businesses can't always offer the same level of customer service as a small one can. With us it's very personal. You’ll get in touch and be speaking to the person who’s going to be arriving to do the work, which I don't think you would necessarily get from a large business. Customers can start to build trust from the outset.

Gardening

As a neighbour of someone who uses your services, I can tell you that (a) some of your staff are regularly performing a crime by cutting an edge that does not belong to the property being serviced, (b) the final outcome of this job is a very distorted top of the edge which looks ugly. It isn't clear why your company is behaving this way, (c) instead of collecting the small cuts/leave you often use a blower to blow the bits along the edges not caring if it lands on the neighbouring property or collects as an ugly display under or inside the edge. It would be so much better if you were behaving professionally. It is clear that there are some element of the job that you do not care about...

Very helpful and contacted me to tell of imminent arrival to check out the garden and assess the amount of work which would be required which I very much appreciated.
