Job start date and price agreed 3 weeks ago. On evening before start messaged to say there was an over- run and could he do following week - 7.30 am. Agreed to this but he has not responded to messages since and unsurprisingly did not turn up on the day. No message - no apology.

Matt and his team recently installed a porcelain patio for me. They were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they finished job the job on time and it was exactly what I wanted. I would definately use them again and can highly recommend them.

Very disappointing! Didn't show up on the day they were first expected and when I text, he said he had forgotten. Then they came for a couple of hours and did a bit of work, promised to come back a couple of days later but haven't been back since although he promised on several occasions that he would be coming to do the remaining work. He has now said he doesn't have time to complete the remainder of the work 🙄

What a cracking job Matt has done laying our patio. It was not an easy job as access is very limited but hard work and professionalism has left us with a good looking, tidy and useable space. Thank you Matt and everyone involved. 5 Star Service.
