I felt that I had to write and tell you how pleased I am with the work that you have done on my roof. From the first contact, you arrived at the time you said you would, just 20 minutes after I posted the request on Bark. The job was classed as an emergency and you stuck with it to make the roof waterproof, even in torrential rain! The work was carried out in a professional manner and both you and Sam were extremely polite and courteous throughout.
