Great work from this company had my garden and patio done amazing job from them from start to finesh

Unprofessional and did not finish my job. At first it was agreed i would pay a deposit of one third and the remaining balance on competition. However, both James and his worker Dale requested payments daily which i felt i had to make. When questioned this i was called "being assy" by Dale. In front of the manager James who did not intervene. James stated the remaining work would be finished in a weeks time due to availability on stock. However, this did not happen. Reasons were given initially of child birth, worker being of ill. Spoke to James on an agreed date of work in which he stated his workers are on their way and were running late. However, no one showed up. i tried making numerous calls, text messages over a period of 2 months and James would not answer. I tried making contact 3 months later, in which James answered the call and did not know who i was, i had to introduce myself. Which leads me to believe he did not know i was calling as he would not have answered. James said he would come next week to go over the outstanding work. However, he did not show up all week and has not replied to my calls or messages. If you want someone to complete your job then i would suggest not to go with this company.
