I cannot thank EH Property Maintenance enough for the incredible job they did on our roof! After getting three different quotes, we chose them not just because their price was competitive but because they took the most time to properly assess the situation and explain our options. They replaced the felt, battens and tiles on the rear slope of our roof and the difference is remarkable. Clean, precise, professional work carried out by a genuinely lovely team. Our house feels warmer already and the worry of a failing roof is completely gone. Absolutely top class!

I honestly cannot praise EH Property Maintenance enough! I had a serious leak coming through my bedroom ceiling after a heavy storm and was absolutely panicking. I called them and they were out the very next morning. The team assessed the damage thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and replaced several broken tiles and resealed the flashing around the chimney. The work was done in a day, the roof looks fantastic, and I've had no issues since. Brilliant service from start to finish — genuinely the best tradespeople I've ever used!
