I honestly cannot praise EH Property Maintenance enough! I had a serious leak coming through my bedroom ceiling after a heavy storm and was absolutely panicking. I called them and they were out the very next morning. The team assessed the damage thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and replaced several broken tiles and resealed the flashing around the chimney. The work was done in a day, the roof looks fantastic, and I've had no issues since. Brilliant service from start to finish — genuinely the best tradespeople I've ever used!

I cannot thank EH Property Maintenance enough for the incredible job they did on our roof! After getting three different quotes, we chose them not just because their price was competitive but because they took the most time to properly assess the situation and explain our options. They replaced the felt, battens and tiles on the rear slope of our roof and the difference is remarkable. Clean, precise, professional work carried out by a genuinely lovely team. Our house feels warmer already and the worry of a failing roof is completely gone. Absolutely top class!

EH Property Maintenance have completely restored my faith in tradespeople! I had been putting off getting my roof sorted for ages after a bad experience with another company but a neighbour's glowing recommendation finally convinced me to give them a try. From the initial call right through to the final tidy up, every single aspect of the experience was excellent. The roof repair was carried out to an incredibly high standard, the team were friendly and professional throughout, and they finished the job well within the timeframe they promised.

Michael took care to safely remove all of the moss from the roof (hand scraping) and treated it with a biocide to hinder future growth.
