The LCD display all your key workout stats including speed, time, distance and calories burned so that you can easily monitor your progress throughout every session. Compatible with the T34 Polar Heart Rate Kit for NordicTrack.
Pedals come with straps that attach onto the pedals to secure your foot or can also be used with SPD cleats.
It has a comfortable seat and adjustable handlebars, perfect for home workouts.
There are some minor signs of wear from normal use, but nothing that affects its performance.
