Assistant Villa Manager

Description

Our UHNW client, who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Female Assistant Villa Manager (due to cultural reasons).

As the Assistant Villa Manager, you are responsible to assist the F&B Manager and F&B Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be involved in service operations ensuring smooth operations, development, and coaching of staff.

Assistant Villa Manager will oversee any tasks related to the F&B and other areas and required to ensure the guests’ total satisfaction.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Take care of all-suite rooms, reception rooms, dining rooms, and pantries, and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfil owner needs and requests, providing organised service of food and beverages when requested.
Provide constant availing F&B service, performing all owner duties with a sense of priority and dedication, serving in a calm, discreet, and courteous manner, and respecting timing standards.
Arrange table setting (formal and informal), room service, and welcome drinks at any time it will be requested.
Responsible for ensuring all areas, not limited to food and beverage, are maintained to a high standard throughout the stay, and any discrepancies are to be reported directly to the F&B Manager or person responsible.
Ensuring that on and off-season the standards of the property are maintained to the level set by the company.
Responsible for delegation of people and tasks throughout the shift ensuring that service provided is of the standard set by the company.
Fully aware of the menu and drinks, communicates with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.
Keeps concerned departments informed about the owner's food preferences, updating the guest preference, likes, and dislikes by reporting directly to the F&B Manager, taking notes of all the information, updates, and instruction, and giving proper handover before signing off from the shift.
Responsible for reporting and safekeeping of inventory of china, glassware, silverware, linen, and additional equipment.
Responsible for the ordering of food and beverage procurement for all areas.
Responsible for the communication between line staff and management.
Follows all the owner needs until they are completed to the total satisfaction, with each food course and/or beverage.
Responsible for all items and resources available in the F&B service, and helps monitor the stock inventory and follow up on pending issues with the tracking system and store requisition forms.
Understands and strictly adheres to the Rules & Regulations of the Company and the policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
Attend and contribute to all meetings of the F&B service and training as scheduled and other related activities.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned out of the list.
Create a safe, comfortable, and friendly working environment to enable the team to deliver an outstanding overall level of service.
Ensure that impeccable grooming standards are maintained by the team, presenting a professional image.

Salary: 14,280 SAR – 20,400 SAR per month

Working days: 6 days a week

Accommodation: Live-in or Live-out

Education requirements: Master’s, Bachelors or Diploma

Work experience requirements: Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience on the same or similar role
